Project Management

The BCX PM Office provides the planning, risk-management strategy, governance, and co-ordination of our national resources to implement projects across the SA retail industry. Projects include:

  • Software, installations, equipment, contract services, ad hoc projects
  • Planning and implementation from procurement and set-up through to hand holding and sign-off

All projects are PMBOK® aligned, and:

  • Utilise proven retail project management methods
  • Produce and manage accurate documentation, workflow, reporting, sign off and billing

Training Services

BCX delivers training for each retail solution we offer. The service adheres to SAQA and NQF principles, and is customised to fit our client’s needs. The training process can include:

  • Store and Head Office training with assessment and review protocols
  • Materials and courseware adapted for the client’s environment

Our training focuses on delivering a core understanding of our various solutions’ inventory, sales, financials, and reporting functions, and how these are best managed per client environment. 

Helpdesk Services

BCX’ managed, centralised service runs 24 hours, 365 days to provide Call- and Helpdesk support to retailers. The service comprises:

  • 1st -3rd line support aligned to retail operating hours
  • User guidance and solutions support
  • Access to subject matter experts and technical specialists
